Refund & Transfer Policy
Every Heronn Supper Club is cooked fresh to our final headcount, using produce and grass-fed meat sourced specially from local farms in the week before the event. Because those ingredients are ordered ahead and can't be returned, our terms are built around that ordering date.
2027 season reservations
A reservation holds you a seat in the 2027 season before the dates are set. We announce the dates in March 2027, and reservation holders choose their night before general release.
Before the dates are set
Cancel any time before we announce the 2027 dates and we'll refund you in full. Nothing has been ordered and no seat is held on a particular night, so there's no cost to you.
When we announce the dates
You'll have 14 days from the announcement to choose your night. If none of the dates work for you, tell us within those 14 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
You can also carry your reservation over to the following season instead, if you'd rather wait.
Once you've chosen your night
Your reservation becomes a booking for that date, and the terms below apply.
- More than six weeks before: cancel for a full refund, or move to another 2027 date if one is available.
- Between six weeks and 48 hours before: we can't refund the ticket price, as ingredients have been ordered, but we'll issue credit toward a future Heronn Supper Club, valid for 12 months.
- Within 48 hours, and no-shows: non-refundable.
Whatever the timing, do get in touch — we'd always rather find you a way round it than leave a seat empty.
Gift cards
A gift card covers a seat at a Heronn Supper Club, plus £25 behind the bar on the night.
- Gift cards don't expire and can be redeemed against any Heronn Supper Club.
- They can be passed to someone else at any time — let us know so we have the right name.
- Unused gift cards can be refunded to the original purchaser within 14 days of buying, provided the card hasn't been redeemed against a booking.
- Once a gift card has been used to book a specific night, the reservation terms above apply to that booking.
- Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, and the £25 bar credit is redeemable on the night only.
Tickets to a dated event
Where you've booked a specific evening from the outset.
- More than six weeks before the event: full refund, no questions asked.
- Between six weeks and 48 hours before: no refund on the ticket price, as ingredients have been ordered, but we'll issue credit toward a future supper club, valid for 12 months.
- Within 48 hours, and no-shows: non-refundable.
Transfers
You're welcome to pass your seat to someone else at any time, at no charge. Just email us their name and any dietary requirements so our numbers and table plan stay right.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Heronn cancels or postpones an event for any reason, you'll receive a full refund, or the option to move your booking to another date — your choice. If we're unable to run the 2027 season at all, every reservation and unused gift card will be refunded in full.
How to cancel or transfer
Email us at hello@heronn.co, quoting the reference on your confirmation. The date we receive your email is the one that applies. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer. Where a booking is for a specific dated event, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply to leisure services supplied on a set date — but our own terms above are more generous than the minimum in most cases.
