Refund & Transfer Policy

Every Heronn Supper Club is cooked fresh to our final headcount, using produce and grass-fed meat sourced specially from local farms in the week before the event. Because these ingredients are ordered ahead and can't be returned, our refund terms are built around that ordering date.

Cancellations

  • Cancel on or before 25 July for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Cancel between 26 July and 30 July: we can't refund the ticket price, as ingredients have been ordered, but we'll gladly issue credit toward a future Heronn Supper Club, valid for 12 months.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Transfers

You're welcome to pass your seat to someone else at any time, at no charge. Just email us their name and any dietary requirements so our numbers and table plan stay right.

If we cancel or reschedule

If Heronn cancels or postpones the event for any reason, you'll receive a full refund, or the option to transfer your booking to the new date — your choice.
